Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full payment is due at time of reservation
  • No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of reservation
  • No refunds for No Shows, You are considered a No Show if we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time
  • Cancellations 14+ days prior to reservation incur a service charge of 20% of reservation amount
  • Rescheduling a reservation incurs a $50 rescheduling fee and is based on availability, if no availability then no refunds within 14 days of reservation
  • Flight delays/missed flights may incur a $50 rescheduling fee and are subject to no refunds if new pick-up time needed is not available.  Also subject to other conditions on a case by case basis
  • Redrock Express reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to events beyond our control, i.e. inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, road closures, etc.

TOURS & PACKAGES CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of reservation for Tours & Packages
  • Cancellations 60+ days prior to reservation incur a service charge of 20% of reservation amount for each tour reserved
  • Cancellation 60+ days prior to reservation incur a service charge of 20% of reservation amount for packages

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Redrock Express is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on transfer and will only be responsible for making up lost time
  • Additional stops for any transfer may be charged a $25.00 fee in 15 minute increments
  • Wait time charges apply after the first 15 minutes of pick up time listed on the reservation and may be charged a $25.00 fee in 15 minute increments
  • The customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or any member of their group
  • Alcohol consumption and/or illegal drug use is prohibited by law, fines issued by law enforcement authorities are the responsibility of the customer
  • Smoking is not permitted in vehicles
  • The driver has the right to terminate the trip for any reason at their discretion without refund
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity and seat belt use is required
  • A cleaning fee of up to $200.00 may be charged due to condition of vehicle left behind by customer
